The living area is on the ground floor. There are patio doors which open out onto the large terrace. The living area has a double sofa bed (new for 2010), two seating cubes, flat screen television, DVD player and a wood burning stove.

There are also books and DVDs as well as information about the local area and a guide to the restaurants of Isola 2000.
